Amit Shah is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship, and sales management. As the Founder of Right Skale, Inc.—an AI-first cloud, data, and product engineering firm—he is dedicated to helping organizations drive innovation and achieve transformative outcomes.


Beyond his role at Right Skale, Amit serves as a Board Member at Arham Charities, a nonprofit focused on empowering communities through education and healthcare initiatives.


Previously, he was Vice President at eTouch Systems (acquired by Virtusa), where he spearheaded digital transformation and IT outsourcing initiatives. He also played a key role in expanding software development and big data capabilities as Senior Director. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ISTS Worldwide (acquired by Clear2Pay/FIS) and held business development roles at Global Infotech, EB Games, and Solar Sales Syndicate.


Amit holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and an M.Com from the University of Mumbai. Based in Pleasanton, California, he continues to foster innovation and build strategic partnerships within the tech industry.

With 20+ years as an entrepreneur, business leader, and strategy consultant, Puneet has built and scaled companies in analytics, financial services, and technology. He is Co-founder and CEO of Right Skale, an AI-first cloud, data, and product engineering firm aiming to be a partner of choice for leading organizations.

 

Previously, he founded and led Avendus US as CEO, managing cross-border transactions across the US, Europe, and Asia. He also served as a board member and Head of Analytics & Consulting at Inductis (acquired by EXL Service) and held roles at Morgan Stanley, Andersen, and Mitchell Madison Group.

 

Puneet serves on the boards of Jade Global, Right Skale, Avendus US & UK, and TiE NY, and is passionate about mentoring entrepreneurs.

 

He holds an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School, an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, a B.Tech and Master’s from IIT Kanpur.

Previously, Praveen held leadership roles at FIS, Clear2Pay Americas, and ISTS Worldwide, where he scaled teams and optimized hiring strategies to support business growth. He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Nagpur University and is based in San Francisco, California.

He thrives on mentoring teams, streamlining processes, and leveraging technology to solve complex challenges. He currently serves as the Vice President of Right Skale, Inc., an AI-driven cloud, data, and IT services engineering company.

 

Previously, Sanjul was Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Success at Trantor, where he led AI-powered automation, cloud-native migrations, and data engineering initiatives across retail, payments, and fintech sectors. As Senior Director at FIS, he delivered payment and retail solutions, boosting revenue by 50% and achieving a 90% project success rate. He co-founded Foundation’s Edge, pioneering AI-driven security analytics, and held leadership roles at ISTS Worldwide, NVISH Solutions, Sony, and Tata Consultancy Services, shaping solutions in e-commerce, payments, and security.

 

He holds a B. Tech. in computer Science from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University and certificates in AI and Leadership from MIT xPRO and Harvard Business School Online. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he continues to redefine customer engagement and technological innovation.

He currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Right Skale, Inc., where he leads high-performing engineering teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions for clients across industries.


Previously, Amit was instrumental in building products from the ground up at eTouch Systems (later acquired by Virtusa), where he spearheaded product development and engineering initiatives across a diverse client base. A technologist at heart, Amit has deep expertise in product engineering, cloud technologies, and enterprise-scale software development. His hands-on leadership has enabled successful cloud transformations and product delivery for customers in healthcare, financial services, and retail.


Over the years, Amit has led and managed globally distributed teams, balancing strategic vision with execution across onshore and offshore delivery models. His collaborative approach and deep technical insight have consistently driven results and innovation.


Amit holds a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra and resides in Pleasanton, California. He remains passionate about building cutting-edge technology solutions that solve real-world problems and enable long-term business success.
